My Roady Guy offers 2 types of Pre Purchase Inspection, this way we can cater for the majority or our customers needs to make sure they are not getting ripped off or buying a lemon.
First option is the Fundamental Pre Purchase Inspection
The Fundamental inspection consists of :
- Visual inspections and appraisal of Exterior ( body, paint, trims, glass, evidence of repairs, rust )
- Visual inspections and appraisal of Interior ( seats, seat belts, Trim condition, windscreen, window tint, heating / air con, demister / fan and stereo )
- Visual inspections and appraisal of Electrical ( external lights, battery, wipers / washers, horn, instrument cluster, electrical controls, windows, seats )
- Visual inspections and appraisal of Tyres and Brakes ( wheels, tyres, front and rear brakes where applicable, handbrake, wheel bearing noise / play )
- Visual inspections and appraisal of Under Body ( suspension, drive train, exhaust, steering, engine )
- Road Test ( steering, brakes, suspension, engine, driveline, noises, fumes, warning lights )
- What ever issues / faults / damage that is noticed will be written in the report that is then emailed to the customer.
The Comprehensive inspection consists of:
- Full PPSR report – To check if there is any money owing on the vehicle, if the vehicle has ever been written off or reported stolen
- Engine operation / health check visual inspection with detailed report.
- Check tyres, brakes, suspension, underbody breakdown with detail report on individual sections
- Test seatbelts and seats slides and adjustments with detail report.
- Test all vehicle electrics internal and external with detailed report.
- Full exterior & interior inspection with detail breakdown and report
- Rust inspection with detail report.
- Visual accident repair check and report on.
- Service history check if books with vehicle or logged.
- Test HVAC heating/aircon and report.
- Transmission operation / health check visual inspection and detailed report.
- Inspect and report on any leaks, bush failures, free play and noises in vehicle driveline, steering and suspension.
- GPS logged brake test.
- Report on issues that may require attention in the future so you know what you can expect moving forward.
- Road test for brake operation, engine noises, transmission shifting, steering, suspension and more.
- Each inspection comes with a full comprehensive report with photos and findings sent to your email address via a drop box link as we tend to have excessive pictures to large to send via email.
