The representative or company carrying out the inspection will not be responsible for defects found before or after the inspection is carried out, items may not be visually identifiable at the time of inspection.
- a) This is a visual, non-mechanical inspection only. Vehicle components will not be removed from the vehicle during the inspection. The vehicle report can only describe and identify defects and concerns that are capable of being found visually at time of inspection. You acknowledge that while the inspectors use accepted methods for fault detection, these methods may not identify all faults. The inspection includes the vehicles Body, Interior, Exterior, Electrical Systems, Engine systems, Cooling Systems, Exhaust Systems, Braking Systems, Fuel Systems, Steering & Suspension Systems, Safety Systems, Transmission Systems, Final Drive Systems, Chassis, Understructure and a Road test, where possible.
- b) The inspection is only current as at the time and date of issue. It is not a roadworthy certificate and cannot be used as one. Inspectors are not required to follow up manufacturer recall notices. The inspection is visual verification against the vehicle condition at the time of inspection. It is buyer’s responsibility to assess the vehicle at point of sale.
- c) The representative or company will not be responsible for the terms of any agreement or transaction between any persons in relation to any vehicle inspected. The representative or company will not be responsible for resolving disputes between parties in relation to any transactions.
- d) Subject to all applicable laws, the representative or company does not provide any guarantee, warranty or representation regarding the nature, reliability, accuracy or completeness of any information contained in the inspection or the fitness of the information contained in the inspection for any purpose intended.
- e) The representative or company will not be liable to you for loss of use, production, profit, revenue, business, data, contractor anticipated savings or for delay or for any financing costs or increase in operating costs or any economic loss for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- Subject to exclusions our mobile vehicle inspections will cover vehicle’s interior, exterior, engine compartment, drive train, wheels and tyres, some brake components and underbody as well as a road test where Roadyworthy.
- Our vehicle inspections are based on external examination of components. Due to time and cost we will not dismantle components to measure and inspect. These things are evaluated via such things as noise, operating/operation and performance on road tests.
- Road tests will only be carried out within local speed limits within immediate test drive area. Some faults may not be found or heard unless higher speeds are reached in turn we can not verify.
