The Difference between a Pre Purchase Inspection and Roadworthy
This leaking shock is from an inspection we did on a vehicle that had only recently been purchased from a “car dealer” by our customer. This was only 1 of the many things we noted during or inspection and as you can imagine the customer was not very stoked!
This is why we highly recommend people get a pre purchase inspection done on the vehicles they are looking to purchase. The “Roadworthy Inspection” is only a very basic check to comply with QLD transport code of practice.
The pre purchase inspections are by far a greater and in-depth inspection then the standard RWC inspection and, will give you a better understanding of the situation the vehicle is in moving forward to help eliminate this kind of thing for you in the future.
